Terms and Conditions:
The following terms and conditions are applicable to any & all online / in-store transactions associated with Seams Boutique.
When an order is placed, the customer is contacted via email regarding the terms and conditions policy. The purpose of which is to ensure that the customer has read and understands the terms set forth. Upon response from customer, the order will be proccessed accordingly.
Return and Exchange Policy:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued.
Size exchanges are accepted upon inventory availability within 7 days of package delivery date. Customer must contact the business first, in a timely manner, before taking any actions on returning the merchandise and/or filing a claim via Paypal or credit card.
ITEM BEING RETURNED MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL STATE AND CONDITION; BRAND NEW WITH TAGS. Items will not be accepted if condition shows otherwise. If an item is shipped back in unoriginal condition, we reserve the right to cancel any transaction.
We hold the right to reject any request at anytime!
Items are usually shipped United States Postal Service. We only ship within the United States and DO NOT ship internationally.
For exchanged merchandise, customers are responsible for any cost on shipping the item back to us and MUST provide a tracking number to confirm shipment. Customers will also be responsible for the shipping cost on delivering the exchanged merchandise back
(cost will be discussed individually).
